The Upper Savannah Council of Governments Workforce Development Division received a Department of Commerce Grant to complete an area workforce study to select key industries and career clusters and to describe the anticipated skills gaps. Clemson University’s EDA University Center for Economic Development completed the study and analysis. The report is available online at
